I can't judge that, as I only appeared as applicant I City of Zurich I. However, a lot of questions (?) were left hanging.

I didn't work for the cantonal administration, but applied for a job there. I "experienced" a job interview there in person. From A to Z, the entire process really "irritated" me. I found the interview, procedure and planning, questions and rejection to be unprofessional. Not comprehensible - "all in all".
