The procedures are actually well organized and structured. You can park in the garage, which is also great. The food is also ok. There are moments when the team really helps each other.

- Respect for the employees by the leaders - Strengthen cohesion - Treat each other with respect and appreciate each other - Do not stress and complain all the time, also praise honestly sometimes - Respect own opinions and attitudes - The foundation should think about whether it wants to continue with the staff (as can be seen, this is backfiring - constant resignations and a clear lack of staff). Good luck for the future. I hope that one day you will still realize how you treat your fellow human beings.

The SPG offers me freedom and trust in the execution of my work. This trust and these freedoms motivate me every day anew. The employees support each other in all situations and manage projects across divisions and companies. Together, we can achieve a lot at the SPG. The flexible working hours, great sports activities (e.g. swimming at lunchtime or running training / archery / ... in the evening) and the collaboration with specialists in all departments enriches the work every day. The work is simply fun. It's great to be a part of SPG! PS: the aperitifs and staff parties are unforgettable :-)

In the SPG, everyone can make a difference, which is very positive. Perhaps too much at once in some cases? Concentration and focus on essential projects can be optimized.

The people I work with all put their heart and soul into the organization. The working atmosphere is therefore very inspiring. Managers give you a lot of freedom, and employees who are willing to move forward have good career opportunities. I can only warmly recommend this organization to anyone and everyone!

Over 1900 people work in the Swiss Paraplegic Group. A lot is already being done to promote networking among employees. Nevertheless, it is not always easy to ensure that there are no duplications.

Improvement initiatives are launched by many departments. This is a good thing, but it is sometimes challenging to ensure that the projects are completed and followed up after implementation.
