This works well in the company
I can basically work when and where I want. This brings me a lot, because I have a relatively laborious way to work - thanks to our flexible working model I don't have to drive to the office every day and can work from home, in a café or in Co-Working Spaces (e.g. Microsoft) nearby. This has an extremely positive effect on my motivation and the different environments & encounters can be very inspiring for my work as a marketing manager. Thanks to these possibilities, I can also have a hairdresser's appointment in the morning during the week without a bad conscience, wash my clothes at noon or go to the gym for an hour in the afternoon. This flexibility makes it easier to reconcile business and private life and leads to a balanced work-life balance. Of course the completion of my work still has priority and it is a matter of course for me that "missed" working hours are made up in the evening or on another day. This is also a matter of course for my superior, who follows modern management principles. He trusts us employees instead of controlling us and assesses us on the basis of our performance (achievement of objectives) and not on the basis of (over)hours worked.
This could be improved
I am currently very satisfied and see no concrete potential for improvement.
