This works well in the company

Exciting working environment due to the growth of the company (opportunities for project collaboration). An appreciative working atmosphere at the headquarters; the culture of a family business is perceptible and the cooperation is enjoyable (also across departments). Employers support further training and invest in the development of employees. Inputs for change/innovation are welcome and required by management.

Adjustment of structures/processes/infrastructure due to internationalisation; benefits could be further extended

Unfortunately, you don't have a work-life balance, you are permanently under pressure and are controlled wherever possible. The management style unfortunately corresponds to how it is presented in the media. The work you do is not appreciated. The company has too high a fluctuation rate and too few staff in every position.
