Great products, nice employee parties (although much less than already) and the possibility to purchase the products at a lower price. Long-standing employees have a lot of know-how that you can count on. The cooperation among each other is great.

It could be checked who is really doing WHAT. Also in the administrative areas not everything is as sweet as it is presented to the outside world. A lot is demanded and extreme pressure is exerted. More and more savings are being made to ultimately satisfy the shareholders and the top floor. Under the guise of employee satisfaction, a lot of unpleasant things are happening. More attention should be paid to the faithful souls and not just to the "cannon fodder" that leaves the company frustrated after 3 years.
