Nothing, company may have good social benefits but you don't need all that when you break down, so as a chauffeur.
As a chauffeur in Wallisellen I would change at the working hours from 02:00 to 13:30 is not human . Especially the night shift. After 4 hours of work there is a break of 3 hours and then begins the other half of the working day in the day and so it is with a quiet day. In a hectic day you have at most only one hour break. My suggestion is that all drivers alternate with shifts. For example group A has night shift and group B day shift. That one makes two tours in a tour and that one works through. Because of the long break in between it makes you physically exhausted and physically. In addition, I noticed that the goods that were delivered at night, still there in the afternoon. Therefore, it would make more sense if there were shift changes.

Applicant
I have not worked in this company, so I cannot say anything. Both interviews were pleasant.
After a short period of consideration, I gave a positive feedback that I am still interested in the position. After that, I heard nothing for more than 8 days. On the part of HR (several people, poor communication and availability). Says then a lot about a company and would have then finally rejected this position.

Good management culture at Sonepar Suisse AG. Good daily structure for logistics activities.
Better cooperation in the camp. Certain people are very know-it-all. I am glad not to be there. I'd rather be in another place with a job.
