Super employer
Super employer who operates successfully in the market and offers employees (at all levels) interesting prospects and development opportunities. Flat hierarchies and a lot of decision-making power where expert know-how is available make the work interesting for Adcubum.

Top employers
I really enjoy working together at all levels. It's a very collegial way of dealing with each other. I have a lot of freedom and can make a difference. There's always a lot to do. My work is very varied. The working hours can be divided very flexibly. Home office is also possible. This gives me a very good work-life balance.

The company Adcubum really wants to save! She is looking for 3 people in one: a software developer who is also an architect and business analyst. In addition, the person must know everything about insurance. For 3 years this company has been searching unsuccessfully for the miracle candidate and will still not find him! Hello!... There's no such thing!

training period
The company Adcubum is not able to organize the introduction times in the locations where the employee was hired. The employee must complete the first 6 months of the introduction in St.Gallen. For the employees in Solothurn and Lucerne the long journey is very exhausting.

HR responsible
Dear employee Thank you very much for your statement, which we would like to respond to. We are aware that - especially for new employees from more distant locations - travelling to St. Gallen for the introduction means additional effort. That is why we communicate openly at the interview about the 2-3 introduction days that take place in St. Gallen. For developers there will be another 3 days for developer trainings. adcubum-ACADEMY courses usually take place in Wallisellen ZH, which is easily accessible from all locations. The introduction to St. Gallen therefore takes a few days, but not 6 months. If this is still the case, please contact your supervisor. You can also exchange ideas with HR at any time. Best regards Claudia Grolimund Head of Human Resources Adcubum AG

HR reported as promised if a suitable position became vacant. Interview completely uncomplicated and definitely no pricking on the part of HR. Clear questions and therefore no uncomfortable feeling when talking. Great working atmosphere, great colleagues and a great supervisor. The conditions of employment are really exemplary. The knowledge must be appropriated basically much by itself and demands here definitely a good portion of independence. All teammates as well as cross-team members in other teams help each other. In addition, it can be said that although the locations may not be in perfect public transport locations (currently Wallisellen, St. Gallen Winkeln --> Zurich HB, Gossau, St. Gallen HB --> ICN train stops would be better), they offer free parking. The most ideal weekly amount of working time that an employer should demand in my eyes would be 40 working weeks. But here, too, contractual breaks are agreed which may be taken and thus increase work performance. Free fruit, coffee and sparkling birella water are offered. All in all, I would give a 4.50 as an overall mark. Adcubum should continue like this, then she could also be chosen as the best employer! :)
