GL also sits together with all employees in the open-plan office. In the office it is possible to work well despite missing walls. The noise level is kept within limits. I've been working in IT for over 10 years, but I've never enjoyed my job so much. I am now for good 2 years with the Adcubum. Every employee can make a difference here and get involved if they have good ideas. Wonderful for people like me who like to solve exciting problems in a good atmosphere and have enough of doing things that you think you could do better in a different way. In the Adcubum every such voice is taken seriously and the best way is sought together. To the previous comments: There hasn't been the same developer position open for 3 years. From a certain number of employees it is normal for developers to come and go. This is also healthy because IT is constantly changing and the same people can never get the most out of it for 20 years. The negative contributions come as far as I have seen this exclusively from people for whom it did not work out with the employment. Not every company is suitable for every person and vice versa.
