While most people are well aware of this role, the potential is unfortunately far too seldom exploited.

Nobody wants to work his way along a plan that he has to adhere to completely. Companies should leave flexibility both in the way they deal with things and in the way they organise their work - for example, through flexible working time models. 3rd communication. The be-all and end-all for a good working atmosphere. A team in which communication takes place regularly and which can openly address conflicts. Four. Trust. Supervisors must trust their employees, leave them room for manoeuvre and decision making.
