The working climate had deteriorated considerably in recent years. The majority of employees are no longer motivated. This was quite different 10 years ago. Perhaps one of the reasons is that the majority of the managers, as for longer and more, come from the "northern canton". There are divisions in the company, which is 100% owned by the Swiss Confederation, where there are only foreigners in the upper management. This only exists in the CH. Compliance people, financial controllers etc. were almost exclusively employed from Germany at high salaries. These people then throw out long-time well qualified CH people with some kind of sophistry. You can feel that this task is being carried out with great overzealousness in order to underpin its existence. It should also be mentioned that RUAG has the worst pension fund in Switzerland.

My application took place in April 2018 and without interim report I received a rejection in August 2018 by 08/15-text - after FOUR months! In the meantime, those responsible ignored all requests. An absolutely unprofessional HR which does not know the word "decency" and obviously has no appreciation towards the applicants!
