Internal communication and promotion of workers should be improved

Very international and multicultural environment, flexible working hours and possibility to work from home, support for further educations, motivated/dedicated colleagues and familiar atmosphere, regular company meetings with a lot of information, free coffee/drinks and fruits, really nice and thoughtful gifts (e.g. for Birthdays, Christmas, etc.), free parking spaces for employees.

So far, STAAR was a very great place to work! I couldn't identify any potential improvements during my now 12 months in the company.

A great company to work for if you want to experience working in an international environment surrounded by many languages and open minded people and management. Competitive salaries, brand new (and more on the way) working spaces, and a bright future, this is a fantastic place to work.

Although opportunity for advancement has been limited in the past, with the growth the company is experiencing, this will change.

Be more flexible when setting appointments and understanding that applicants who already have a jobs might have questions or requires to set other meeting date.

STAAR Surgical is a fast-growing company and quality employer. Employees have the space to grow and working in an international environment makes the daily business very interesting. The flexible workhours and home office opportunity provides me a healthy work-life-balance, which I personally really appreciate! Colleagues and managers are always helpful and caring. More opportunities (events) to meet colleagues, even I know this is difficult during the pandemic situation! Integration of digital technology into all areas can be pushed, even we are all already working hard on this!

The cooperation with colleagues is very friendly and everyone is very helpful. I love working in an international team and I feel very comfortable here. All my bosses are female, right up to the top management level (CEO), which I find very positive.

Process optimization, however, it is very difficult in a fast-growing company.
