Migros would have to change fundamentally and rethink its management culture. It should also make its internal values, structures and manners (including communication) more contemporary. Migros Aare has implemented many efficiency programs in recent years. Unfortunately, the working atmosphere has deteriorated considerably as a result and many have resigned.
