The application process is impersonal. No telephone number in the ad for inquiries.
Cancellation starts with " Dear Mr/Mrs ..." and at the end no name of an agent is mentioned.
We use our own company application portal, which could be automated to make it more personal.

This works well in the company
The whole application process went well so far. You receive a confirmation of the application, you are invited and very well informed about the company by the HR staff.
In my opinion, the interview itself with the prospective supervisor missed the target. It was clear that if there was positive feedback, a second interview with a case study would take place, which is also good and usual. The first conversation should be about getting to know who you are dealing with and who is facing you. The focus should be on the applicant, but with this superior it was unfortunately the other way round. When I spoke, my sentence was often interrupted. As an applicant you don't feel comfortable at all, but it seemed to me as if I had done something bad and wanted him to cover up my "deed".
I am sure that not every supervisor in the Franke Group is like that, but unfortunately I had to make this experience as an applicant. But I am sure that the candidate who received the job will not be well in a few months' time.
Compliments to the HR staff who really did their job professionally (especially on time).

Training of superiors by HR, what the first interview should be about at all. The applicant should be the centre of attention and not the superior. Acceptance, tolerance and decency to let someone finish should be the basic prerequisite.
