As an engineer looking for a new professional challenge, I have worked with various recruitment agencies in the Basel area. My conclusion: ELAN Personal AG is by far BEST-IN-CLASS. While the cooperation with other recruiters was rather disappointing (e.g. no further offers after a first failure, ignoring requests), the ELAN team has always impressed me with very high appreciation, pronounced commitment and transparent communication. At ELAN Personal AG the name is definitely the programme and words are impressively confirmed by deeds. For example, I have received new job offers almost weekly (sometimes 2 per day). Without exception, I have received highly attractive job offers from top employers. And this often 1-2 days before the jobs were published at other agents and job portals. This proves that the ELAN team has excellent contacts, recognises the qualifications of applicants and also acts extremely quickly. Cancellations, which are of course inevitable with such attractive positions, were communicated immediately and professionally assessed. Any questions I had were always answered immediately. This commitment has always made it clear to me that the ELAN team is fully convinced of my qualifications. In the end, it has been shown that ELAN Personal AG knows the personnel requirements of the industry very well and acts accordingly. I am very grateful that I was able to benefit from this experience. Thanks to the expertise and trust of the ELAN team I have found my absolute dream job. I am unfortunately rather disappointed in Elan Personal. In 2013 I was placed by Elan Personal and could earn money through me. Now I was unfortunately again on the search for a new challenge. I applied for a job that Elan Personal had advertised and received a rejection without having been invited at all in order to be considered for other positions. After I complained about this, a conversation was conducted. In the whole time (ca-. 5 months) I have received a request if this would be something. But I guess I'll be too old at 46. It's a great pity and has left a very bad impression on me and I will certainly not recommend this employment agency to anyone else and I am glad that I have found a job myself.
