I still have no idead about the company and how things are run in the IT Department.

This could be improved

Interview was not going into depths and they pretty much did not ask any questions that could be used for them. Waited over two weeks after the first Interview to get a feedback.

- grateful inhabitants (you have them everywhere) in my opinion, nothing is going really well. as long as you are never ill, have no opinion of your own and are always available and have no private life, you are fine and (maybe) have your peace of mind

for me personally, so many things should be improved! i have rarely seen such conditions in my career in nursing. we also urgently need to work on humanity!

Good values that are practiced. There is even ethics training. Great promotion opportunities - also for young people, free further training, fair pay. You can tell that they have significantly improved employee orientation in their strategy.

Some employees don't know what benefits there are at Senevita. The management of the companies should communicate this better.
