The education and training are good and you can tell that the trainers know what they are talking about. Some supervisors undoubtedly have a huge amount of expertise.

I would not recommend this company. The working atmosphere needs a lot of improvement and really drags you down. You can't talk about social competence in higher positions. Everything is demanded, nothing comes back and if you want something yourself, you are given the feeling that you are troublesome or impertinent. Suggestions for improvement are not taken seriously, even though they are long overdue. The fact that employees come and go all the time and sometimes switch to the competition says it all... The remuneration is also a case in itself... Supplements such as hazard pay (OD, security), night pay, Sunday and holiday pay are a joke. Also, that the expenses were not adjusted with the rising gasoline prices is weak, such additional costs should not bear the employee.

For a temporary employment or a temporary employment without dependence (Studiom etc.), quite ok.

There is a lot of potential in leadership and social competence.

Thanks to the high fluctuation rate, career opportunities regularly arise.

At first glance at the administrative, management and executive levels; I see the greatest potential in communication, social and action skills.

When I was over 50, I was dismissed from my old employer after many years of service. A colleague worked for Securitas and gave me the idea. At the beginning I couldn't imagine what kind of work I would have to do there, but I dared to take the step and didn't regret it.

You don't know enough what Securitas does at all, you would have to carry that more to the outside. Internally, it is not quite clear what development opportunities there are. Higher wages for older beginners would be desirable

Had a lot of variety and very good team spirit. Unfortunately I often have to step in at short notice because of my sick colleagues but I also have some free days for my hobbies.

Employees who nag and make the mood bad sooner out. It has people who don't want to work, they should go somewhere else.
