We are currently facing a difficult time. We depend on the support of everyone in and around our hospital. The necessary information flows very promptly and we are aware of what the next steps are. In order to finally move forward, we need a positive result regarding the hospital list. In the hope that afterwards the right course will be set and the appropriate decisions/investments will be made. We will all have to realign ourselves, in the best case all look in the same direction...

There are some areas that have been blown up too much and don't realize what it's really all about. Unfortunately, marketing is one of these areas that often completely misses the mark. The processes in the housekeeping should be revised in some points, it is cleaned but under efficiency and clean one imagines something else. The house furnishings are old but work, only the whole visible in the hospital such as cabinets, rooms, corridors, facade, etc. should be brought with some love into the current time. Care is often at a standstill, priorities are not set correctly or the response is too late. Processes get out of hand because new personnel are not properly trained. In this sense, there is a lot to do, let's get to it.

Nothing, is being hollowed out and sold... lied to the population and director of questions can't answer...

I have been working at Affoltern Hospital for many years and feel very comfortable here. The size of the hospital has great advantages for employees: the working atmosphere is familiar and committed employees have the opportunity to help shape the future of the hospital or a specialist area.
