Basically, the Inselspital can be summarized as follows: either employees who have been doing the same job for decades and show a corresponding "I don't care" mentality, or employees leave again after a very short time (weeks or months). The IT boss is infiltrated, there is no support from the old-established employees for new ideas, according to the motto "I'm against it", there is bullying about what the stuff holds.
