Dubious
Sensitive data is passed on without further inquiry. Then when an interview lasts only 10 minutes I don't feel taken seriously.

Very good and helpful Recruiters
After a long time without a job, one of the recruiters helped me to start in the pharmeceutical industry. Even after my assignment, they tried to send my CV to many other companies. All in all my experience with nemensis was friedly and courteous.

Fingers away!
Very unprofessional interview. Confidential information is passed on to "customers", such as wages. I haven't been informed of this. The client then told me that I would not get the job because he would have to pay extra for me and he already has several candidates.

First of all, on behalf of our company, I apologize for what has happened to you. It is absolutely not pleasing for us when we have candidates in discussion who are not satisfied with our performance. In principle, we adhere to our quality-checked and standardized process specifications. We are looking for highly satisfied candidates. I therefore ask you to contact me in order to clarify the unsatisfactory situation with each other and personally. You can reach me by e-mail at marc.schoenholzer@nemensis.com or by phone on 061 205 98 93 (direct dial). Marc Schönholzer, CEO nemensis ag

Professional recruitment process
This works well in the company
I was applying for an open role as a QA specialist recently. The interview with the agency was indeeed short, but recruiters have my CV and can see my hard skills there. So the interview was mostly about my motivation to change my current role, when I can start and what my salary expectation is. As I understood, many companyes provide nemensis with the salary frames for the roles so the recruiters, knowing my expectations, can find a fitting role for me faster. In that case, I won't also receive the job offers for which I am under/overqualified. I can say that the recrutiment process is smooth, I am always updated on the status of my applications (as my recruiter sent the dossier in different companies). I didn't secure a role yet but in Switzerland it's never fast and easy.
This could be improved
For some feedbacks I had to wait a few weeks. The recruiter explained to me that they usually wait long for the feedback from the manager as there are many people in the recruitment process. At least I know the reason, even if I have to wait longer till I know the status of my application.

Changed team and good support
This works well in the company
I have been in contact with the nemensis for a long time and have regular discussions with the team. At each interview I was well prepared and "coached" by a recruiter. I'm also a little surprised by the previous reviews, but they're also longer ago. Since then the team has changed a lot.
This could be improved
The only thing that doesn't work ideally yet is that I can't set any alerts for my job search. So I'm always stranded on the mails of the recruiters or have to look for myself.

The conversation was very short, about 10 minutes. All they wanted to know was my salary and availability. Then I didn't hear anything.
