Unfortunately, environmental awareness is virtually non-existent. - There is a lot and often unnecessary travel by airplane and the company has a catastrophic CO2 balance. Clear guidelines should be drawn up and much more modern technology (video conferencing) should be used. Especially in today's world, a global company like Varian must take a pioneering role in climate protection so that our children will also be left with an intact world. It would be very positive if management were to show more responsibility here and set clear signals in favour of active climate protection. Go Varian for climate protection!

Great employees but management getting worse and worse. Employees no longer count. HR is no longer interested in people - it is only about costs, even if this is not necessary and the company earns very well. The mood's getting worse. Many MA are frustrated.

HR should focus on people again. Creates climate of fear and insecurity instead of worrying about a positive atmosphere.
