Recruitment processes not optimal. You don't get any feedback for a long time (even after four weeks). Even when you ask, you don't get anywhere - the people in charge can't be reached.

The young company CH Media is responding to the difficult situation in the media environment with caution and the greatest possible respect for its employees and is well on its way to repositioning itself.

Basically, it is always important to communicate well in such a difficult time of restructuring. This could still be optimized a little.

Everything is fine for me, I feel very comfortable, exciting field of activity.
