You hear mostly negative things. It seems that many lateral entrants are employed, which increases the chances for applicants, but possibly explains the chaos in the company.

By far one of the worst job interviews I have experienced. The two interviewers seemed completely unprepared, as if they had forgotten the appointment. I was greeted very late and the interview was extremely monotonous. They only read off standardized 0815 questions from a list without really responding to my answers or having an interesting conversation. The feedback was a long time coming. All in all, an extremely unprofessional impression that I have never experienced before.

Wages and working hours - some miserable shifts. Auto-compensation.

The working climate is exceptionally good. I've never felt so comfortable at a company before.

Internal processes sometimes run into emptiness. But where doesn't it exist?
