I found the working atmosphere on site to be relaxed and ambitious at the same time. An environment in which you are motivated and happy to give your best. Always with the aim of finding the most suitable candidate for the customer - and not simply being the fastest. That made a very positive impression on me.

I see no room for improvement. In fact, I was completely satisfied with the entire process. It wasn't too long or too short. The next steps were always explained to me, development potential was pointed out and salary and commissions were communicated very transparently.
