Exciting working environment / appreciative culture
This works well in the company
Exciting working environment due to the growth of the company (opportunities for project collaboration). An appreciative working atmosphere at the headquarters; the culture of a family business is perceptible and the cooperation is enjoyable (also across departments). Employers support further training and invest in the development of employees. Inputs for change/innovation are welcome and required by management.
This could be improved
Adjustment of structures/processes/infrastructure due to internationalisation; benefits could be further extended

Family business with drive and vision
This works well in the company
- Exciting working environment with room for participation and design - Career opportunities available, also in relation to project work - The company is in a process of change in order to remain successful in the market, this also requires organizational adjustments, which the growth of the company brings and demands. - open culture and positive cooperation, also in the various projects beyond the own department, values of the family business as foundation noticeable - Further training (such as CAS / MAS etc. at external institutes) is supported - demanding executives to drive change processes forward
This could be improved
- there is still too much restraint in the area of flexible working models / home office - Developing communication and support during the change process - build up consistent talent management

Incompetent managers
This works well in the company
Good team and good cohesion within the team. Good terms and still a good reputation.
This could be improved
Competent management and executives are urgently needed. The pomposity must stop, as must the old-fashioned hierarchical thinking. HR does nothing at all to help employees. No wonder the fluctuation rate's so high.

Our successful growth in recent years has presented our employees and our company with new opportunities and challenges. Management in particular is more challenged than ever. In doing so, we attach great importance to adhering to the jointly defined corporate values that bind us all together as the basic attitude of the company and each individual employee. A central role of the human resources department is to identify the most important development areas of the organization and to reflect opportunities and risks back to management. The open and direct exchange with our employees helps us in this. Our traditional company attaches great importance to continuity and is proud to have so many longstanding, experienced and loyal employees. Through the continuous further development of our organisation, we ensure that we can take our tradition and values with us into the future and remain a sustainable employer. In this development process, it is important to us that we take all our employees with us and accompany them. If decisions that are difficult for employees to comprehend are made during this process, this change process is accompanied by the human resources department.

No specifications.
This works well in the company
Many old-established and committed employees pull many things "out of trouble" and extinguish the fires. There are some very good employees and superiors.
This could be improved
Processes, specifications and structures are urgently needed! There are far too many people who want to have a say - but do not want to work in detail or simply do what they want. The work remains with experienced long-term employees and they burn out... or leave the company because motivating work is simply not possible. Instead of looking ahead in a networked way and thinking ahead, each department acts on its own in terms of organisational structure. Nobody has a field of vision for overall processes and nobody cares about them. Even project work is only possible with great difficulty. A) don't know what B) is doing and nobody can see through it anymore. And C) Project collaborators or superiors have no idea.... Unfortunately, most employees assume that this situation will get even worse. Unfortunately, I can confirm most of the negative statements of the predecessors. Now I'm curious whether the HR manager will copy and paste a standard text for this entry as well - just like for the previous entries. This also confirms how the HR department works.

Low esteem
This works well in the company
The parking spaces in front of the house are practical, but not available to all employees.
This could be improved
The esteem for the employees is very low. Even if there are many good things, my overall assessment of the employer is very poor. It's an icy mood.

Our employees are very valuable and important to our company. They represent Bucherer every day and in every area of our business, every day with passion, inspiration and hospitality, they ensure that our customers are offered an incomparable experience at Bucherer. We greatly appreciate the personal and open exchange, which enables us to respond better to individual needs. For us, it is important that the requirements on management and employees are considered individually as a result of the successful development of Bucherer AG, so that we provide optimum support and keep critical points on the radar at all times. In order to jointly master the opportunities and challenges of the continuous further development of our company, openness, the ability to reflect and courage are required. A philosophy that we have always anchored in our corporate values.

Mass instead of class!
This works well in the company
A lot of money is earned, but only the owner, not the employees!
This could be improved
It's mass instead of class! Quality is rarely expected from the workers. The main thing is that you can do a lot of work in a short time. There's hardly any room for friendliness in the office. There's a bad atmosphere at the headquarters.

The purchase is to be evaluated critically!
This works well in the company
A classic case of mismanagement. The employees defend themselves with hands and feet against the conditions and have partial success.
This could be improved
The staff just can't calm down. The departments are boiling and many good workers are leaving the company or have already done so. The good thing is that there are also a few dedicated managers who do not lead the departments so badly. However, purchasing at the head office is to be assessed very critically.

Mobbing is supported by HR!
Many employees remain in this company (Bucherer headquarters) only because they either have little chance on the job market or because of their proximity to their place of residence. Among the well-trained employees between the ages of 25 and 45, the fluctuation rate is very high. The leadership is disastrous in some areas. There is massive and obvious bullying, and although this has been known to HR for years, it is more likely to be encouraged. Career opportunities equal zero. Further training is not supported. According to very long-standing employees, Bucherer used to be a great employer. However, this has changed considerably in the last 3 years. The good people all go. Too bad I can't recommend this company. The industry itself would be nice.
