The bad management and the "everyone against everyone" principle allows the good employees to move on again after a short time. Nevertheless, there are also older employees who would have a hard time in other companies. There are young "managers", most of whom are overwhelmed and this has consequences for the working atmosphere. I will also look around, because I don't like the workplace at all. This idea came from management and was glorified as a ''team'' incentive.... (which is a joke) If it is constructively criticized, one is only ridiculed and not taken notice of. You don't get any appreciation from the top, even though you are extremely committed to the company while working short time and with less staff. All this during relatively strong sales figures, despite two lockdowns. The training program is unfortunately also very weak (cheap e-learning). If you want to do external training yourself, you are not actively supported. Unfortunately, the focus is too much on expansion and shareholders. If you ask around and discuss within the team, it is clear that many will leave.
