They live by the motto born to create. Man has absolutely no leisure time any more one lives only for the occupation and otherwise one is undesirable with them. They're all about success and one doesn't bring the benefits they have for that absolutely no understanding. No matter in what life situation (families with member makes chemo, pet is deceased, relationship end, death etc.) a worker is. They don't even ask the reason. You always have to work and perform, but you don't get anything back. And it's just human that you can't always just function, come in good times and bad times in life. Man is simply not always able to function equally well. I was dismissed in the apprenticeship, after the trial period reason was too little motivated and does not bring the appropriate performance. Don't have a good work ethic and don't do enough for the company. By the way, in school I was one of the better pupils in the 2nd year of my apprenticeship when I was dismissed and had an average of 5.1. Since your company doesn't get a bad reputation I had to cancel the contract by mutual agreement although I was willing to pass my apprenticeship exam at this place.
