LINK has gone through many changes that were challenging for everyone and has managed to master them. The employees have a high value and this is also noticeable. Proactive action is taken in difficult situations and, for example, as is now the case with the coronavirus, measures such as home office were made possible before other employers did so or it came from official sources. That is great! This ensures that the employees remain healthy and that the company can continue to operate. The cohesion among colleagues and also across departments is great - everyone pulls together. And the regular LINK-wide events promote and strengthen this even more. You don't feel part of something, but part of a family. Keep it up!

I have nothing to complain about at the moment and I have to say that I just love working at LINK :)

The company seems to have lost fundamental values, many job changes, destructive leadership culture, bonus mentality, strategic mistakes. An endless construction site.

The management level is always open to new ideas. The projects are very varied and give me a lot of fun. The colleagues are top and I have a lot of fun with them. Together we can tackle something and get the project up to speed. There are many great events for the employees (team event, barbecue, Christmas party, employee lunch, aperitifs ...). Just recently at Easter all employees were surprised with a chocolate bunny in their home office.

It would be nice to repaint the office space... :)

Very dynamic, entertaining, quick decision-making. The team is great, and the cooperation between colleagues very good. The digital workplace is very good. Everyone is in their home office and has received additional screens to the laptop. Very good Covid-19 communication and management.

Physical space at the Lucerne site could be renewed.

The field of work itself remains super exciting, you have lots of different projects and research studies to work on, which makes your day-to-day work very varied. You can also organize your working hours freely and have plenty of scope for your own personal development.

Since the takeover of LINK AG from Yougov, the mood throughout the company has changed significantly. The pressure to maintain numbers from above has become much more noticeable and has led to high staff turnover and increased competition among employees over the past two years. Unfortunately, the name change has also damaged the company's image. Many customers feel put off by the fact that YouGov is no longer a Swiss company, but is now being given an international image.

I am responsible for my own team at LINK. The work is very varied, autonomous and dynamic. A wide variety of clients means that you quickly get to know the Swiss market in depth and breadth and gain very good expertise. The same applies to the variety of methods - because LINK offers all methods (also in combination), you learn a lot of new methods. I feel very comfortable in my expert role.

So much has been improved in the last 3 years (IT, processes, new experts hired, international positioning, move to new premises, etc.) that I currently have NOTHING to complain about. Looking to the future, I would say that company sports could be introduced:).
