Honeslty nothing, I can not think about a single positive thing. To avoid this company will be better for your career and for your personal growth.

Poor people management, no constructive feedback. They will only tell you what you want to hear but not the truth. They should stop thinking only about profit and take into account that we are all humans with values and feelings (words do impact people). Plus they should probably stop acting like they are above the law.

So far away from my initial expectation. Nothing, just promises.

Company where the management is not clear. They didn't provide me all the things they promised at the beginning. Poor management and only results focused. My recommendation is not lose your time being in touch with companies and people like this.
