Founded in 2009 in Lausanne, Holy Cow! revolutionized the Swiss burger market with a unique concept: a gourmet burger made with fresh, tasty and locally sourced ingredients. Holy Cow! now operates sixteen restaurants nationwide and is present in most major Swiss cities.
