This works well in the company
Often sympathetic employees were found who, despite the special circumstances, ensured a thoroughly good atmosphere. Modern Macbooks for employees Super ballpoint pens with company logo
This could be improved
Often one hears "But it works like this/differently in real estate". Thus, there is a lack of understanding that information technology is its own profession with its own rules. Unfortunately, this realization has not been understood even after many years in which Scayla has repeatedly failed to reach market maturity with different teams (internal, external). This is a fundamental problem and leads to many conflicts. It is imperative to start here, otherwise it will not work. Regular plan changes should be well thought out and not happen on a whim. This way you can make sure that a startup has a real chance. For example, a startup without customers can hardly generate sales in the millions on the stock market, but perhaps one could consider a first release and thus check whether there is any change at all with the business idea. Startups often operate in a niche market or have a revolutionary or at least new idea. It is difficult to build up an IT company by copying existing products. It might make sense to think about a good niche. Of course, advertising is important and right. Nevertheless, it is advisable not to advertise too aggressively/unrealistically. For example, announcements on your own website or on social media that the market entry is imminent 4/5 years later, without being on the market, might seem a bit out of place.
