We are very happy to organize regular company events (family celebrations, service anniversary aperitifs, World Cup aperitifs, Christmas dinners, etc.) and we also actively promote interdepartmental cooperation. We derive our personal goals from our strategy and agree them with all employees in a personal meeting. We also support our employees with internal and external trainings, which is very important to us. We have a manageable size with flat hierarchies, yet internal promotion opportunities are given. Since we have a very low turnover and you are a former employee, you don't know our improvements yet. In the meantime a lot has happened and I would like to talk to you directly to show you our innovations, get more details and accordingly get the opportunity to improve where necessary. I would like to share my experience with the company Aladin AG, where I have been working for the last few years. From the beginning, the company seemed to offer a pleasant working environment, but over time a worrying pattern emerged. Employees, especially in AVOR and field service, seem to regularly misuse internal company documents for their own benefit. Even company resources were being used for their own business. Unfortunately, when I raised these grievances, they were not taken seriously. It is essential that the management and the Board of Directors keep a closer eye on internal processes and behavior within the company. Such practices not only undermine trust within the team, but also jeopardize the integrity of the company.
