Very good working atmosphere and you are really listened to. Working hours are very flexible (no block times; of course, you have to be available for customers for a few hours during "normal" working hours). Compensation is fair. Personal needs/workload are taken into consideration when assigning work. You are not just a number, but you are even supported in the best possible way with personal concerns.

It is an open-plan office which is very well divided (and since Covid with transparent partitions). The working hours are 42.5 hrs/week, which is more than the average in the fiduciary sector. During the 2 week company vacation over Christmas, time off must be taken.
