Very good working atmosphere, open exchange up to the management. Top modern and beautiful workplace. Flexible working hours and the possibility for home office at any time.

There should be more women in management positions. I hope something will happen.

Very good interaction among the employees. Here, cantonal police officers, city police officers and civilian employees work hand in hand. The management acts appreciatively across all departments and hierarchies. Since the move to the PJZ: great workplace, air-conditioned, modern, very good canteen, fitness center and sports facilities.

There is little around the PJZ. Unfortunately, no shopping facilities and few restaurants. Hopefully something will happen in the near future.

But a lot of people are working to ensure that everything runs as it should from 1.1.2022. The working atmosphere is very relaxed.

As the FOR is becoming independent, there are of course some "construction sites".

Respectful interpersonal interaction. Challenging work in the forensic specialties and administrative positions. Largely flexible working hours.

Currently space is critical in some areas. Will be improved with the move to the police and justice centre.
