There should be more women in management positions. I hope something will happen.

Very good interaction among the employees. Here, cantonal police officers, city police officers and civilian employees work hand in hand. The management acts appreciatively across all departments and hierarchies. Since the move to the PJZ: great workplace, air-conditioned, modern, very good canteen, fitness center and sports facilities.

There is little around the PJZ. Unfortunately, no shopping facilities and few restaurants. Hopefully something will happen in the near future.
