This works well in the company

The living seemed to me very loving and structured. The staff is very friendly.

This could be improved

Nice family approach to the client. Great people. However, I question the employment. Very disorganized and chaotic, no leadership available. The work very questionable. The management is absolutely incapable of criticism, and in my eyes completely unprofessional as far as personal leadership is concerned. Is sold at the interview better than it actually is.
