Good collegial working atmosphere. No elbow culture. Sure, pressure and speed are increasing, but still a good place to work. Commitment is rewarded. Can recommend to everyone....

Basically I have no comments and suggestions for improvement

The cohesion in the company/team is unique. People are there for each other and support each other when necessary. The drive and the will to make a difference is palpable among all employees.

A young company with great potential. There is nothing to complain about.

The company is very agile and innovative. Self-organisation and transparency are lived here. This offers a high level of mutual flexibility from the company and the employees. The working atmosphere in the team is enormously motivating.

Improvement potentials can be introduced by all employees at any time. Accordingly, the potentials have already been addressed and improved within the company.

Although the company has been in existence for over 40 years, it is constantly changing. With the latest step from a pure repair business to a mobility provider, many opportunities for a successful future have been created.

Improvements in companies are the constant companion of the employees. Thus, there is always potential for improvement. The good thing is that the employees can actively contribute to the improvements.
