Great size. Big enough to offer great internal opportunities and small enough to stay personal. Very badly managed, I'm afraid. Too few executives with the necessary background for a management function. Business management and entrepreneurial background are lacking. There is no view into the future. A lot to and fro. No line. Great team spirit. Since you have to be careful, critical remarks remain among us on the team. TL also looks good although TL knows the situation.

Very good working atmosphere. Overtime for 4 months is not acceptable. This clearly shows that the company does not care about employees but only about its turnover.

Working climate very pleasant. Up to the GL we cultivate the "you culture" which facilitates the contact and reduces possible barriers. Hardly a change in daily business. Starting wage good, but promotions are only awarded if the budget is right. Additional commitment is not appreciated and not remunerated. Advancement opportunities depend too heavily on vitamin B / Connections. Competences and experience are hardly taken into account in promotions. No support related to further education / career. Quality is capitalized externally, but not treated well enough internally. Critical problems are often postponed and passed on.
