Apart from saving there is no strategy at GL, today like this, tomorrow different. Since little has been invested for years, internal systems are often outdated. In addition, there was no proper planning, so that savings are now being made on employees and internal events - the main thing is that the bonus is right at the top. The building is also outdated. The employees are treated as numbers, and some people are currently being dismissed. At the same time, however, we were obliged to work overtime every year. Positive is the cohesion in the teams, and the support of TL.

There is a good atmosphere and the colleagues support each other. Due to the ideal size of the company, people know each other, which has a positive effect on the climate. There are always exciting challenges and new tasks. I find the many different events (Christmas dinner, barbecue, B2Run, etc.) very positive.

I've been with this company a long time. On the surface it is a very good company if you want to keep a job for a long time. Due to the merger which took place this year with another international company, every workplace is now in danger. There is more and more divorce for this reason. Further development is only possible to a limited extent and only if the respective superior can benefit from it. You are slowed down at a certain level. Without vitamin B you can't get anywhere. If things would change in management and in the transparency of the corporate culture, it would be a great employer. There is still much to be done here. Therefore only 3 stars.

Good collaboration between colleagues and management too. Varied and interesting work.

Everything works in the company, a lot of exchange which allows a good understanding of the groups. The work atmosphere is great. Nothing to say.

The performance should be rewarded - there is a gap between languages - daily performance - and the complexity of tasks done every day. As soon as you ask if you can give help in another department it is almost a negative answer - what a pity!

The salaries paid at the Lausanne site are too low. There is little flexibility in working hours, however, employees must be very flexible (imposed overtime). The possibilities of evolution are limited. Some people's efforts are not rewarded.

Employees are valued. It's a very familiar relationship. Fair pay and great people.

Nothing works well in this society. The employees are numbers. The management is doing everything wrong.
