You triage the patient on the computer, now with video telephony, and everything is recorded by the employer so that if there is a problem later, everything can be clarified by recording. You also soon know how quickly you work, when you logged in a few minutes too early, etc. because almost everything is recorded and sometimes analyzed or compared with others (statistics). Thanks to the SMASS triage system, your knowledge as a nurse is hardly needed any more. This is because you can rely completely and totally on what the triage on the computer produces. And if you then do not send the patient to hospital "immediately", i.e. immediately (if at home alone with the ambulance), even if you have a reason (e.g. chest pain unchanged for 1 month) (recommendation: immediately to the next emergency), then you take full responsibility. But not only chest pain (no matter how long present), no matter how long present, should be clarified as an absolute emergency.
