Anyone who wants to can develop quickly within InfoGuard. All employees and the management are always open to ideas and are committed to implementing projects in an uncomplicated manner. There are usually no long coordination channels. Home office was not an issue before Corona, and even less so now. The working atmosphere and the mood are great - flat hierarchies and a very approachable management.

The company is growing very quickly. You can also see that in the processes, which are sometimes missing or not optimal. Since there is a great shortage of skilled workers, the workload is naturally also high in some cases, although this is never a "must". No one expects you to work umpteen hours of overtime, but it doesn't get boring. Internal communication could be better and - depending on the manager - also the leadership qualities. But these are not serious problems. Such things exist in every company.
