Gegründet wurde die Firma im Jahr 1995 als Einzelfirma in Messen SO und war zunächst hauptsächlich im Bereich Einzel PC und Netzwerke für KMU tätig.
Per 1.Januar 2008 wurden die Einzelfirma Comp-Sys und die Kollektivgesellschaft HoKa Informatik in die Aktiengesellschaft Comp-Sys Informatik AG überführt.
Heute können wir einen grossen Bereich von Kunden quer durch praktisch jedes Gewerbe betreuen. Unser Know-how steht Ihnen vor allem in den Bereichen ASP Serverauslagerungsdienste (Private Cloud), Internet, Business Software ERP (SAP Business One und SelectLine), Webapplikationen, Netzwerke und Hardware zur Verfügung.
