False promises and deception are the order of the day. A common thread in the behavior of superiors is not to be recognized, does this exist at all? Regarding the working conditions on site... Heat shock in summer. Frostbite in winter. Tripping hazards wherever you look. Work safety is preached but not implemented. Ergonomic working with inventory from the early 90s is simply not feasible - at least there were new chairs once. Be honest and transparent with the employees. Take care of the established and good employees and don't hire greenhorns from outside the industry who only increase the workload. It's all well and good that they work for you at dumping wages... Spend the one or other franc more and recruit more experienced people to form a secure base.
