-Unfortunately, you are very little appreciated as an employee at Lorch AG, both longtime and new employees. - Suggestions for improvement are not recognized. -Management in DE always knows everything better. Different locations in Switzerland (Dübendorf headquarters, Horw, Zolikofen, Pratteln, St.Gallen and Villters.) Each location fights for itself rather than a team. -Workplace very outdated, computers sometimes take 5-10 minutes to start up. - Employees (especially in Dübendorf) have to drive without a forklift driving license because it is too expensive in Switzerland. -Further training can be done but is all done in DE as it is much cheaper. -Some employees from Germany make fun of you when you ask if the spare part has been packed.
