I did a trial run at Otto's in Wettingen in March, I really liked it.

i am allowed to work in a great team and have a lot of freedom in the care of my department as well as the merchendising! i am very grateful to be a part of it. also as far as the financial is concerned, there is total fairness!

every branch is totally different. therefore you should not stamp the whole company after looking at it or after shopping. Unfortunately, there are also managers and employees who do not appreciate what they have.... i can say from my own experience that there are companies that don't treat and pay their employees well and therefore i appreciate Otto's very much!! he keeps his promises!
