Your mission

We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer with significant experience in adaptations and rollouts to join our team for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 from January 2025 until May 2025. This position demands a creative mind, a strong visual sense, and the ability to perform under pressure while delivering top-notch design solutions. The role is based in Basel, contributing to one of the most exciting global music events and you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Design Adaptations and Rollouts: Implement and adapt existing visual concepts for diverse formats and platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to ESC guidelines
• Visual Identity Enhancement: Develop creative adaptations that enhance the overarching visual identity of the Eurovision Song Contest
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with marketing, production, and creative teams to ensure designs align with project objectives and timelines
• High-Pressure Delivery: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Quick Decision-Making: Proactively address design challenges, delivering creative and practical solutions in real-time
• Creative Innovation: Maintain a fresh and inventive approach to design while adhering to the unique ESC brand ethos

Your profile

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing adaptation and rollout projects
• Exceptional skills in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively
• A keen creative eye and an innovative approach to visual storytelling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring error-free deliverables
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
