Operational Marketing Manager OHT Nordics

Territory Segment management
- Implement the territory segments G2M plans (SAVE - Solution, Access, Value, Experience)
- Engage and provide on-going support to Customer facing teams in the launch and the execution of the SAVE actions. Provide corrective measures as needed
- Deploy and coordinate new offers locally and monitor/ promote existing offers
- Ensure Sales and Distribution are provided with the correct enablement elements to support the segment (s) growth
- Lead actions to increase Customers leads, conversions and retentions in line with the distribution approach
- Steer current activities through on-going analysis (Customer segment, sku, market trends, customer performance …)
- Feed information on the segment (s) during the Territory business reviews, leveraging all type of market data and insights, providing corrective action plans at territory levels
- Ensure the sku forecast and supply is aligned with the Territory business ambitions (customer and market evolution, product lifecycle, etc.)
- Provide support for ad-hoc regional or worldwide projects
- Analyze and propose potential local opportunities in line with the Territory G2M plan
