Your mission
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Art Direction to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone from January 2025 untill Mai 2025. In the ESC team Project Management, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Managing Requests: Act as the central point of contact for design-related inquiries, ensuring requests are addressed efficiently
- Organizing Deadlines: Develop and maintain schedules for all design-related deliverables, aligning with the event's milestones
- Coordinating Production: Oversee the production process of design elements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Collaboration: Work closely with the lead designer to translate creative concepts into actionable plans
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives
- Event Knowledge Integration: Leverage your understanding of large-scale event production, such as Eurovision, to anticipate challenges and propose solutions proactively
Your profile
- Expertise in project management, preferably in large-scale events
- Familiarity with managing cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A solid understanding of rollout production and formats, including deliverables for print, digital, and film media
- A deep understanding of production workflows and creative processes
- Passion for music, major events, and delivering exceptional experiences
