Develop and Maintain Equipment, technological process standards and ensure its compliant implementation in all Carlsberg facilities globally across all categories Beer, Water, CSD, Craft & Specialities, Draught Master Manages the standards, processes, and training to enable markets to deliver capital projects to COM, use Carlsberg excellence principles and with latest best practices. Responsible for the definition of the scope of work and for the direction, control, and utilization of the Group manufacturing & engineering resources Oversees the design, selection, installation, optimization, and maintenance of manufacturing process equipment, machine tools, controls and systems. Oversees the development of engineering standards and ensures compliance with these standards. Formulates goals, forecasts personnel requirements, prepares capital and expense budgets. Early Equipment management working closely with Operations and Maintenance COM Process owner from conceptual equipment planning to final design striving for optimal design balancing investment and running cost. End to end management from buying, repairing, till dismantling, selling or scrapping including. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects align with the company's overall goals and objectives May represent the organization in outside discussions and technical forums. Generally, works with wide latitude in making autonomous decisions. Educates, mentors, and supervises lower level staff. Handles special projects as assigned.
Educational / minimum requirements:
· University degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Automation or Supply Chain Sciences). · Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, minimum 10 to 15 years. · Preferable knowledge & application of LeanTPM pillar(s) improvement methodology · Experience in big capital project management · Experience in standardization of processes and equipment. · Demonstrated advancement in leadership and mentoring positions. · Ability to travel internationally. · Fluent English
