Drive and manage the B2B Platform Lifecycle Management journey, focusing on enhancing automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency across all B2B teams. Collaborate strategically with IT, digital, and transformation teams to co-create a unified future B2B IT landscape, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and customer excellence goals.
Tasks:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Commercial Order Management as key enabler for operational efficiency and SOX compliance across sales, presales, and customer onboarding
- Co-Design and lead the development of an aligned roadmap across Salesforce and Sunrise Business Portal and any future marketplace that will become available
- Ensure and enforce Salesforce to be single source of truth for any customer commercial information, including pricing and customer business cases, across any system limiting and excluding unwanted manual intervention for customer-facing teams to increase SOX compliance and "first bill correctness rate"
- Strategically design implementation roadmap for "oneTicketing" with the aim to consolidate the various (6-7) ticketing systems currently in use across B2B. Increase operational efficiency by reducing tools and increasing automation for front-line teams, increase transparency and measurability of OLAs (primarily but not only between B2B and network), support 360° view of customers for both sales and service managers by reducing manual data gathering
- Lead exploration of technology and innovation to drive simplification and automation across all B2B teams. Strategically work with IT to define how innovation (e.g. generative AI) can and should be included in the B2B IT landscape to provide real business values to both front-line and back-office teams
- Strategically work with Operations Planning & Analytics (Customer Relations) around the shared telephony system, ensuring B2B requirements and needs are met and supported
- Lead and manage decommissioning of legacy systems (e.g. SSP, WOH and similar) as part of the future B2B IT landscape strategy. Ensure all impacted teams are involved in requirements engineering and go-live planning
- Strategically work with teams in Digital and B2B Portals & Digitalization to co-design customer journeys in "ORBIT" for customers and if needed partners. Ensure ORBIT can decommission SSP as part of the simplification of B2B tool landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's in business administration or equivalent
- Experienced people manager able to work with both technical and business teams, strong focus on people and organizational development
- Inclusive personality able to create an environment where people feel comfortable contributing and driving change
- Dare, drive, deliver attitude, motivated to make a difference and challenging the status quo
- Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable plans/concepts
- Fluent in German and English, French and/or Italian are an asset
