This is how you can contribute
- analyzing and interpreting petrophysical, hydrogeological and geophysical data
- creating conceptual and numerical reservoir models in collaboration with external service providers
- supporting the Swiss Geological Survey in developing an exploration strategy for the deep subsurface in Switzerland
- management of internal projects and external contracting from industry and universities
- participate in expert groups for the evaluation of subsidized geothermal projects and in national and international committees
This makes you unique
- reservoir engineer / reservoir modeler or geoscientist with appropriate verifiable continued education / experience (MSc or PhD)
- at least 5 years of proven practical work experience, preferably in industry (geoenergy, CCS)
- practical experience in reservoir modeling and simulation for geothermal energy utilization and/or storage of CO2 or heat
- communicative personality with strong analytical, conceptual and networked thinking skills and an enjoyment of processing data and information
- active knowledge of two official languages and English
